La Loma Grande Industrial Park located in Nogales, Arizona serves as an important link in the international logistics trade between USA and Mexico by providing high quality, functional, and modern warehouses.
La Loma Grande is one of the last commercial lands available in Nogales, AZ., and it sits 1 mile away from the Mariposa Port of Entry. The 43-acre industrial park is now open to selling commercial property lots with all services available. Phase 1 of 7, offers 5 construction-ready lots.
Nohe Garcia was born into an agriculturally oriented family in Hermosillo, Sonora. From a young age, he began selling family raised products into local markets and supervising farm laborers. At age 14 he moved to Nogales, Arizona to attend High School and work in the produce industry where he experienced quality control processes for Mexican products being shipped throughout the US and Canada. This ultimately influenced his decision to study Agri-business at the University of Arizona.
After graduating and gaining experience from working as a salesman for the largest tomato distributor in the US, Triple E Produce, and working within all operations in the produce business he founded Sunfruit International to export US produce into Mexico and South America. To meet demand, he constructed 2 warehouses for lease and personal use. Years later, he sold them and acquired 215 acres of light industrial property in Nogales, Arizona adjacent to the Mariposa Port of Entry.
Nohe has now spent the last several years developing the rolling hills that once stood and turning his vision of building an industrial park into a reality.
Besides having a passion for the LLG industrial project, Nohe enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids in nature. He loves photography, hiking, and expanding his understanding as well as being part of the Nogales community development.
